Minimum Stay Requirements:

Low season : 2 nights

High season: 5 nights

*All Villas are king size suites and  include large outdoor bathrooms,  seating area's inside and out, all villa's have wonderful views.  Airconditioning, fans, hairdryer, hair and body products, bottled water and towels replenished as needed there are also bar fridges in each room and a safe.

**Rooms are serviced twice daily.

  

Terms and Conditions:

1. In order to secure a reservation a deposit of 50 per cent of the villa rental amount must be received by Villa Maya management within 5 working days of the confirmation of reservation being provided, the bank account details will be supplied with confirmation. All associated bank fees are to be covered by the guest.

2. Low Season bookings require final payment within 21 days before check-in.

3. High Season bookings require final payment 60 days before check-in, or immediately if the booking is made less than 60 days before check-in.

4. Peak Season bookings require final payment 90 days before check-in.

5. Payments are to be made in $U.S by electronic transfer, or credit card via PayPal, with all associated charges and fees to be covered by the guest.

6. Bank charges/fees incurred before and during the stay of the guest must be paid by the guest. Charges incurred in Bali will be added to the guest account.

7. Deposits and final payments are non-refundable, however bookings can be moved to another free period within 12 months of the original booking dates, subject to availability, prices will change if there is a change in season. Only one change of dates is allowed, if within 8 weeks of check-in a 50 per cent penalty will apply, this penalty will change to 75 per cent for peak season bookings.

8. Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

9. $U.S Rates are converted to local currency (Rupiah) at the time of billing.

10. Please note that all accommodation rates attract a 5 per cent service charge/tax (based on the published rate) to go to the staff.

11. Damage or Loss: If the property suffers from damage or loss as a result of a member of the booking party, or one of the guests, the cost to repair or replace items as new will be added to the final guest account.

12. Liability: The Owner will not accept any responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience that is directly or indirectly caused by, or arising out of, the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, including exceptional weather conditions. No responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings of the guest or any member of the guests group during the holiday.

Changes to the terms and conditions mentioned above may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • all incidentals bills must be paid on check out in local currency, USD, SGD or AUD (no credit cards accepted). A deposit of US $150 per adult must be given to the manager on arrival and topped up as necessary to cover incidentals.

Gratuities:

Please note that a basic 5% service charge is added to the published rate and added to your bill.  If you wish to acknowledge outstanding service by a further tip at the end of your stay please give payments to your manager Hamdi who can assist you with any queries.  Your Villa Maya Retreat experience is a team effort so we would like the opportunity to split the tip's to all staff (eg: night guards, gardeners and pool attendants)
